What's going on there at Sofaware? I chatted a number of times this week with your support who said Sofaware is having technical problems, but assured me that my z100g would be registered yesterday. So now it's Saturday, no activation, and no one is around at Sofaware to help. Makes me wonder how many other new customers fall through the cracks and wasted a bunch of time caught in this endless loop with their hands tied? My advice to others, don't even think about unplugging your existing router hardware, until you get this thing fully functional.

Due to the fact that the sofaware service centers were upgraded in order to incorporate new features for our users no activations were done in the last 4 days.
We have finished the upgrade on friday and will be finished with all activations in the next couple of days thanks for your patience Sagy Sagy Kratu Technical Support Team Manager |

it is teusday march 31 2009
i cannot activate my router either is there going to be a resolution to this issue |
