If I do not try VPN the Z100G will stay up for days. However it will reboot itself about 10 minutes after the establishment of a VPN connection. What might be causing this and how can it be fixed?
Tonight's test came up the same way. The Router lost its IP address or Internet connection and rebooted during a VPN connection. Then I could not re-establish a connection. Doing a Tracert from both ends, I think I have found that my ISP is doing something with the connection whenever I use VPN INTO my home network. Using VPN out is apparently not a problem.
Anyone have any information about AT&T doing this?
Another Problem. Now the VPN software cannot get the IP adress of my Z100G from the "myzonealarm.net" site. It just cannot connect. Is there a limit to the number of times you can try to get the IP address in a short time?
