I have the Z100G in my home and have it connected to my cable modem. It works great for me except when I connect to my office VPN using Cisco's VPN client. I have the latest version 5. My Z100g is running 8.0.34x.

I have rules entered into the security policy that allow any/any connectivity to my office network blocks.

I can connect to the vpn ok and the connection stays up for different intervals but eventually drops no matter if there is traffic running over the link or not.

When this happens I check the Security Log and it shows a blocked connection from my office vpn address on port 500. (But I have any/any open already to all my network ip blocks). Another irony is that it show up as rule 15. I do not have a rule 15 in the list.

If anyone has any input here it would be appreciated. The chat line has been help ful but unsuccessful.

Try changing the "Transport" to TCP in the Cisco connector.
