I have an h.323 video codec in my home office. Right now I use a firewall traversal product to get through my Z100G but i still have calls that disconnect.

I noticed that in Smart Defense it mentions h.323 ALG support. I'm familiar with how other h.323 ALGs work but the user guide doesn't provide any info beyond enabling the h.323 feature.

Can anyone provide me with how the ALG in the Z100g works, if there are any other configurations I need to make and if the box will prioritize based on TOS or Diffserv tagging from the codec?
