I've tried to use this printer with the print server, and have been able to set it up with two Win XP computers, and print a test page from each, however, when submitting a print job, it never makes it to the printer, not from either computer

I did not see your printer on the approved printer list. I had a printer I could set up and the Z100G would recognize, however I was never able to print. It too was not on the approved list.
