I recently had BOTH my Linksys RV042 VPN routers die on me (practically at the same time) after 2 years of use. After talking at length with Linksys about the problems and strange coincidence, they were not at all interested in fixing them, helping me defray the cost for replacements, or even recommend something else. After I reviewed their products, Linksys really didn't have anything any better or more feature-rich than the RV042.
I surfed for days looking at products below $200 and landed on the Z100G. Because it is a new product, I purchased just one to try it out. Two days ago I received the unit, and yesterday I got the Service key to turn all the goodies on.
I quickly realized that the Z100G shares most of its capabilities with its big brothers, so this is proven technology in a smaller albeit less high-performance package.

I'm very familiar with routers/firewalls/etc., and compared to everything else out there I have either seen or owned below $200, this thing rocks ! Everything is turned on and tested successfully.

I'm ordering the 2nd Z100G this morning, and am removing "LogMeIn" and a Software Parental Control application from my machines as we speak, because they are no longer necessary, and my networks will be more secure without them.

Same here!, I also remove LogMeIn from my desktop. The only complaint I have is that this device doesn't support "Live Mode", so if you are behind a proxy, you are out of luck.
