i got 2 emails from tech support. the first one at 0309-gives me the gateway id ...and told to choose zone.sofaware.com......to proceed with the security services account.
the next email at 0313 tells me to "select specified IP" which i do not have and does not have all the other info in it [gateway, service center MAC] what is going on here ? |
