Hello folks. I'm new here. I received my Z100G yesterday. My Vonage worked fine on Medium Security. But as soon as I set it to High, I lost my dial tone. I was able to get Vonage working with the firewall set to high. This is how I have setup my rules per tech support.

1 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet)This Gateway: 10000 - 20000 (UDP) Forward To : 192.168.X.X

2 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet) This Gateway:53 (UDP) Forward To : 192.168.X.X

3 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet) This Gateway:69 (UDP) Forward To : 192.168.X.X

4 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet) This Gateway:Web Server Forward To : 192.168.X.X

5 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet) This Gateway:123 (UDP) Forward To : 192.168.X.X

6 Allow and Forward WAN (Internet) This Gateway:5060 - 5063 (UDP) Forward To : 192.168.X.X

7 Allow 192.168.X.X WAN (Internet):Any Service

I hope this helps for those who are trying to get their Vonage/VOIP working.

Just to confirm if you don't mind....
The Vonage device worked fine with no tweaking required with the Z100G set to "medium" security?
