I wonder if the Z100 could have the capability to interface with a USB wireless broadband devices that some of the cell providers offer.

It seems to me that you could set up a small network in areas that normally do not have internet connections using such a device and the Z100.

It would work in an emergency allowing a business office to get limited Internet access.

Heh id be happy if i could just plug in a USB modem... or a serial modem on a Serial to USB fob... (I think a mobile broadband adapter is avalible for their business products)... but to be able to plug in a modem and dial it up if your connection goes down (yes theoretically both could go down with DSL but usually i lose data, not dial tone)....

It would be a good suggestion...

Heck i remember owning an Addonics dialup box that used to dialup and provide ethernet access to the internet over dialup.. EUGH... wasn't too bad with 56k... My what a long way these products have come...
