I noticed a few months ago that I stopped getting an email from sofaware with the activity of my Z100G. If I look under the services tab it says that vss is not on. I opened a problem ticket and just received a response that says that vss is not available with my subscription. My 1 year is not up until the end of May. I really liked the service because I could see what sites the kids were trying to get on. Any ideas

VSS service is something completely different.
The relevant service is logging & reporting. You should be getting the reports as long that you are subscribed. |

You are correct, I still had an open ticket with support so I re-worded the problem. All they needed was my mac address. One hour later and the problem was fixed. Thanks.
