Hello i'm new to the forum and i have a problem hopefully someone can help me with. I've had my Z100G for about 5 months running on a self built desktop with Vista as operating system. I've not really had any problems with it, but the other day i purchased a Blackberry 8320 from tmobile. The 8320 has WiFi and the UMA ability with tmobile hotspots @ home service. When i first got the phone home it found my network and gave the UMA symbol on the phone which meant when i'm in the house i can make phone calls on UMA even if i don't have the tmobile service. This went on for a couple of days until i finally decide to add the service, that way i can make unlimited calls at home while connected to my network. When i work up this morning i noticed my phone was not connected to the network, at first i didn't think anything of it. Later on in the morning i kept checking and it still wasn't connected so i tried to manually connect and i started getting WiFi recognition failures. Sometimes when i scanned for networks it wouldn't even find my router. I called tmobile and went through 3 tiers of tech support, before i had to get off the phone because i worked tonight. i'm wondering if anyone here is using that service and if there is anything special i need to do with my router to make it work, before i call tmobile back in the morning when i get off work. It's funny how it was working with no problem before now it won't. Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.
