I purchased the Z100 in september and I have yet to receive my activation code. I checked the spam box and it is not there.
I tried to log into my account on the sofaware website to see if the code is in my account and it says that the email or password is incorrect, I know that both are correct.

I then tried the "forgot password" and when I click on send it tells me that "page cannot be found" and I receive no email.
WTF is this? I'm considering sending this back to where I purchased this as it is not a company that I would like to deal with if problems or questions ever arise.

Shouldn't take more than a couple of days. You need to get with tech support.
