Hello,
I am trying to set up my SIP / VoIP phone here at home (Cisco 7960)

I know how to set this up using my Linksys Router but not the Zone Alarm Z100

Below is the information I need to set up my Linksys

Anyone know How to configure the Z100G for this?

Local IP Address = Network / My network / LAN / IP Address

Subnet Mask = Network / My network / LAN / Subnet

Starting IP address = I set the DHCP range under My Network / Edit / DHCP Range

Domain Name = ?? (Where do I see this in the router for my ISP domain name?)

IP Address = Network / Internet / IP Address

DNS 1 = ?? (Where do I see this in the router for my ISP DNS)

DNS 2 = ?? (Where do I see this in the router for my ISP DNS)

DMZ = ?? Security / Exposed Host? Is this correct? (This is where I want to set the IP of my Sip / VoIP Phone IP to be in the DMZ or exposed)
Do I need to set up a Network Object or Rule?
Does this router support SIP?

I am able to register my phone on the voip Platform and make outbound calls but Not Inbound.

Any assistance would be appreciated

Without knowing what you have set up so far, I can tell you that SIP uses port 5060. So to receive an inbound call you would need a rule that not only opens port 5060 but also forwards it to the Cisco phone IP address.

Thanks Rocket,
I will try creating that rule
I have the phone completely configured,5060 etc...
I really only have the Z100G set up with the phone IP in the DMZ,
Do you know if I need to add the phone as an object ? wouldn't thinks so since I have it in the DMZ.
So I'll try creating a rule to allow 5060/forward to Phone Ip address.

What about NAT? How would I set that option up in the rule? any idea?

I don't know if adding it as an object is necessary or not. However, if you don't forward the 5060 port to the IP address of the phone, the router does not know what to do with the packets being sent to it from your Call Manager. Since its UDP and not TCP, it will just drop them.

Port forwarding is a way to tell the router that all 5060 packets are to be forwarded to IP address 192.168.10.x, where x is the address of the phone. The phone can then receive calls from the Call Manager. From the Call Manager's view, it is sending the packets to the external router interface and does not have any idea what your actual phone IP address is.

GO to SECURITY - RULES - ADD RULE - ALLOW & FORWARD - CUSTOM SERVICE -

Select UDP for protocol
Set port range to 5060 - 5061

NEXT -->

If connection source is:
ANY

Then forward connection to:
[select your phone from the list]

No luck, Still one way audio,,,,SIP Phone can dial out to my cell and my cell can hear the SIP Phone,,,,,BUT the SIP is not hearing the Cell,,,cell cannot call SIP Phone.

So for some reason packets are not going back to the SIP Phone.
I can only assume the Z100G is Not SIP aware.
