It's been rather quiet on this front recently. Just curious if there is still ongoing firmware development for the Z100G in terms of new features that have been requested by the community? Thanks.

Havent seen nor heard a thing either... I know theres a few issues with the beta firmware but don't know any status of whats going on.. Id like to see something updated... *waits in antici-pation*

If you need the new features of 7.5, we recommend joining the early availability program by contacting SofaWare support.

There are no significant known issues with this firmware.

We will announce "official" availability of the firmware in this forum, later this year.

Tech support was putting info out that it would be released early October. Has this changed?

Good luck with contacting sofaware support, I've been waiting a week now and haven't heard so much as a peep from them!

Use the online support, it never took me more than 2 minutes to chat with a tech.
All the SofaWare techs I have chatted with have been the most professional I ever got help from.

I was updated to 7.5.33 in a matter of minutes after requesting it.

It's out, it's only the EA version so you do have to ask for it till it goes GA.

The tec rep "Alex" says it supports syslog now (which is what I want to test) so I will be asking for a push to the router as well.

looks like I got syslog to work but can't seem to get snmp to work.

Anyone have any info on if SNMP works for you?

Last I was told SNMP doesn't come with the Z100G. Hopefully the new release enables SNMP. I've been trying to use SNMP in my environment as well. Let me know if you have any luck.

No way!! That was one of the big reasons I wanted syslog is to use it with SNMP with Wall Watcher.
