I have had the Z100G for ~9 months and have been extremely happy with it until this week. As of last weekend (possibly a little longer), the printing has stopped working. I have confirmed that if I connect (with the same cables) directly to the printer, printing works. When I go through the Z100G I get a error status (in the Windows printer dialog box). I have adjusted the Printer port appropriately in the control panel in Windows.
Any suggestions? |

Perhaps the firmware upgrade of last weekend caused the problem.
