Does the support staff have actual "regular hours" posted somewhere? Looks like they are unavailabe quite a bit lately. Wondering what is going on with this company...

Not that I have ever seen, but the company is out of Israel with a US office on the west coast. No idea how the support hierarchy is managed. Here is their US office phone number: 650-628-2000. Don't know if anyone will answer.

I think something is wrong at Sofaware... even the moderator of this forum (Wendy) hasn't posted since March... Wondering if they are decreasing their support...doesn't seem like there is a large Sofaware input here... other than, "Thanks for your suggestions, we will take it into consideration, blah blah blah".
