Suddenly the Z100G I have installed at my church seems to be blocking sites (thru the "Web Filtering" setup) that have previously been OK ... like Yahoo Web mail .... and MSN.COM stuff....

Has anybody else seen this behavior? Did a bad update to the filtering rule set get released?

thanks,
Jim

Please contact support with the sites that are not categorized correctly, so we can check your report.

Thanks

Thanks. As it turns out the error message was read to me incorrectly, and on review of the router logs it appears the root problem was that the service center was not available and (as it is the default) the router did not have the "Bypass scanning if Service Center is unavailable" feature turned on.
