Hello,
I have just purchased the Z100G router and am trying to get it set up. It does not recognize any usb printer that I have tried (have tried 3 different brands of printer). When I plug it in, the usb light on the router blinks a couple of times--then goes off. There is no usb listed when I log in to my.firewall. I would appreciate any help! Thank you, Theresa |

I had issues with setting up the PC's to network to the usb printer (resolved) but not getting the router to recognize the printer.
Sounds like if you tried 3 different printers how about - Changing the USB cable? Make sure it's a 2.0 cable? Try the second USB port on the router. What are the brand/model of the printers? Could be the USB port is not working correctly. |
