I have been working with the Tech Support to figure out how to configure SNMP. Through all the documentation I have found out how to setup and configure the settings for the service. Problem is I keep getting an error that says "[700505] You are not licensed to perform this operation". Who out there knows what I'm missing. I've paid for the services, but am I missing some. Going in through the CLI I have found a lot of things I am not licensed for. I understand there are still some paid features I haven't gotten, but not being able to set up SNMP is craziness. Please give me feedback if you have some answers.

I think SNMP is only avalible in their professional gear.. Sofa@Office.... also the new tech docs for the firmware say clearly that CLI mode is NOT avalible on the ZA100
