In the new firmware I cannot get Export or Backup/Restore options to work. The Backup prompt comes up, but it can't find any USB drives (I have a flash drive and a USB hard drive attached). The Export button does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Im curious. are you using some sort of download manager.. I know I had problems with saving even the logs if my download manager in my webbrowser touched them....
No download manager. Oddly enough, the Import button prompt pops right up when I click on it (of course, there's nothing to import). I hit the Export button and nada.
yrag you may want to open a support ticket and mention the problem, esp if logging in as https seems to resolve it. I actually get a site warning when using trend AV filtering over https..
