I received my gateway and registration email today, logged into the router to enter the information. Following the instructions that were included in the email, I went to Services, then clicked on connect. I clicked on 'connect to zone.sofaware.com, but there is nowhere to enter the registration info.
If I click on the Next button, the router connects to zone.sofaware.com, but comes back with the error 'Your Service Center subscription period has ended or not started'.
I've tried running the subscription from 2 different comuters with the same results, so I would assume that it's not computer specific.
It has continued through yesterday and now again this morning. Why am I getting this error which won't allow me to get to the next step and enter the Gateway ID and Registration Key? Please help.
I am more than willing to chat with a support person but I could not find any support phone numbers on the website. How do I get in touch with someone and what are the support hours for the US?
I've tried to connect to livechat, and keep coming up with the page not found error. This happens with other pages on the Sofaware site. For some reason, probably because this page isn't hosted by Sofaware, I can get to the discussion board. Anyone have an idea why this happens? I've never had it happen on any other site. I have 2 computers connected to the Z100, and neither of them get through. One is XP, the other Vista. Bizarre.
Chances are you have pop up blocking software that prevents it from loading. You may also have java disabled or restricted. Go to Java.com to quickly determine if its the latter.
