I have the Z100G Wireless Router hooked up to my DSL modem. I have 3 PC's on the LAN and wireless enabled with a 4th PC. Ever since I purchased this unit I have not been able to connect to the ITunes music store from any of the PC's. I can run a diagnostic's from any of the PC's from ITUNES and everything passes. I can connect to things from the store via the web...but the client cannot connect. I get a connection reset error message. I have tried contacting Apple, but of course they say the problem is related to the firewall...I look at the logs and don't see any drops when I try and connect. Is there anything else that anyone could suggest?

Hi,
Please browse to your Security -> Smart Defense tab, and expand HTTP and Header Rejection under it. The issue is probably cause by a pattern blocked by our http header rejection mechanism, that accidently corresponds to the iTunes headers. If you are using the latest version, you can just click the default button at the bottom of that screen. If you are using an older firmware just uncheck the ISTbar pattern. Dude...you just saved my butt...My wife can now get to ITunes and that was definately the problem...Specifically it was the QuickTime Plug-ins that I had turned on...
On a side note...I'm a security Administrator and am pretty functional on the main Checkpoint devices, but was not real familar with these devices, the reason I didn't go down this path is that I have it checked to Log all of these SmartDefense Items...I assumed that I would have seen them show up in the Event Log...Am I mistaken or do I have to look somewhere else?
