Has anyone come across this with the Z100G router? I have the following setup:
Verizon Fios Router ==> Z100G (internal network router)==>RJ45 Wall Jack ==> Xbox 360. When I run the Xbox 360 test it comes back that the NAT Filter is restricted. This means I can connect to Xbox Live but not some hosted games. They suggested that I open certain ports. Is there a way to do this with the Z100G? If not, this is useless for me. Thanks |

it's already configured for XBOX Live, you just have to enable it. Go to the security tab on the left then navigate to the SmartDefense Tab on the top. Click on Games -> XBOX Live -> and select enabled.

I do not see Games as an option under the SmartDefense tab.

I have a different firewall but it runs sofaware.
Create 3 rules for the 360. Allow And Foward : ANY : { IP of 360 } UDP 88 Allow And Foward : ANY : { IP of 360 } UDP 3074 Allow And Foward : ANY : { IP of 360 } TCP 3074 |
