Ok.. if i understand you right (not sure)
You cant get the wireless printer seen by other wireless devices or you cant get a wireless printer seen by wired devices? If its a wireless printer seen by wired... You have to make a set of rules in the Rules section of the Security | Rules.. Allow WLAN LAN:ANY Service (and enable it) Allow LAN WLAN:ANY Service (and enable it) This is a temporary solution to bridge a wireless printer to a wired lan or a wireless pc to a wired printer... Since the Z100 doesnt have full bridging support yet ;) Hope that helps \ |

Add those two rules and you should be able to print.. No Dlink required..
Security | Rules in the firewall webpage.. and add Allow WLAN LAN:Any Service Allow LAN WLAN:Any Service to the rules and you should be able to print from a wireless laptop or the other way around.. |

All:
I just got my Z100G and had same issue. The "any service" to "any service" kind of worried me as it seems this would open a bigger window for hacking devices on the wired LAN it the wireless LAN was breached. "Most" standard IP printing in Windows uses TCP over port 515, so I have set up two rules to allow LAN --> WLAN and WLAN--> LAN (TCP) traffic ONLY across port 515 and this seems to work with my setup at least. The way it reads after being keyed in is as follows: ALLOW Source: LAN Dest: WLAN:515(TCP) ALLOW Source: WLAN Dest: LAN:515(TCP) Jim |
