On start up I am receiving another error:

"Failed initializing socket handler on port 14"

Why is this and How do I resolve this?

I'm getting the same error. I wrote to tell the support folks (the chat was down, as usual lately). The response was to power cycle my router and modem in order to get an ip address.

But there is no need to do that, because the router gets an ip address and works just fine. The error appears at startup, but doesn't appear to reflect on any long-term configuration problem.

Unfortunately, they closed the error ticket, even though I replied that power cycling wasn't necessary. And I still get the error message.

Perhaps they didn't design the firmware to handle power cycling properly.

I don't get this message anymore - not sure when it disappeared, but I suspect it went away when I upgraded to the .24 beta firmware.
