My first year with the Z100G was up recently. I renewed yesterday. Do I need to do anything on my end? http://my.firewall shows I am not connected to a service center.

Sometimes renewal requests take a day or two to process.. Try chatting up live help if its not renewing in a day or so... (or if it bothers yah)
Only thing i remember doing was going into the configuration menus and telling it to go find a service center after I talked with live help. |

It just took a day or two. Here are the instructions I got via email:
To activate your subscription services please do the following: Please wait for 30 mins before trying to connect to the service center 1. Surf to http://my.firewall 2. Click on the Services menu 3. Click the Connect button 4. Check the Connect to a Service Center checkbox and select "Specified IP" radio button 5. fill in the text box with zone.sofaware.com, please click on next>next>finish 6. note that no credentials are needed to be able to connect to the service center Best regards, The SofaWare Support Team |
