Last night I installed my 2nd Z100G, and on this network I have Windows Vista running on a laptop(Home Premier). While testing out the Web Filtering functionality, my Windows XP boxes will post the standard "blocked html" for sites that the router blocks, but the Vista box will go "connecting" for a while, then timeout and do a 404 page (if I recall from last nights test). It still blocks, but doesn't post the standard HTML as XP does.

I confirmed I'm running the latest firmware.

What he is saying is that with the Windows Vista browser he is not getting the "http://my.firewall/pub/ufpblock.html?xxxx,xxx"
URL that asks for password override. Instead, he is getting a 404 (Page not found) error. My guess is it's Vista-related not allowing the local page to be opened from the router.
