The "Service Center" is often unavailable this evening. I had to check the option to bypass web filtering if the "Service Center" is unavailable just to be able to post this message. Even trying to logon to bypass filtering does not work because the Z100G keeps reconnecting and that seems to zap bypass allow.

This is a first, in my experience.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Here are the log entries - one of many.

00066 12Jun2007 17:52:53 Successfully connected to the Service Center
00065 12Jun2007 17:52:53 Switching server from [208.185.174.173] to [208.185.174.176]. Reason: Giveup
00064 12Jun2007 17:52:53 Warning: Connection to the Service Center has failed.

Ditto. Does anyone know how to communicate with the Service Center and:
a) Find out what is going on.
b) Find out when service is going to be resumed.
c) Suggest to SofaWare that if they want their customers to renew their annual contracts then they need to find some way to communicate with their customers to let them know that the service is back up again. Perhaps a password controlled website with service announcements on it might work?

There seemed to have been an issue with one of the infrastructure provider's in the US which caused issues for some ISP's for certain area's.
