I just purchased a Z100G and after activating the free first year's services, one of the services listed is "Logging and Reporting".

Looking through my manual I didn't see a description of what this is, nor how to access it.

Since my cable modem is under constant probing and attack, the built in log generally only holds 20 to 30 minutes of messages, so I'm hoping that this gives me access to additional data.

Does anyone know what this subscription provides and how I can access it?

Hi,

This service forwards your logs to the service center, which generates a monthly security report and delivers it to your registered email address.

I have not gotten any monthly security report to my registered email address since Jul/Aug '07 when I purchased the router. I have gotten a news letter.

The newsletter comes from a different address than the weekly reports. You might check your spam filter if you have one.

The reports come from: support@support.sofaware.com

The newsletters appear to come from:
marketing@sofaware.com

I just got my first report full of charts and graphs, so I see that it is working properly (at least for me).

Spam filter nor blocked have been checked and they are not the issue. Where do I check to see if my email is set right from Sofaware?

Go to sofaware.com and sign in (if you aren't already signed in from a previous session).

Click on the "My Account" button and verify your name and email address.
