Dear All,

We had just purchase the Safe@Office 500W and set a static NAT (203.x.x.x) to internal LAN (e.g 192.168.10.25).

Problem is those PC in the same internal LAN ( 192.168.10.x)

When trying to access the Registered IP address ( 203.x.x.x ) the connection is very slow and from ping can see the connection request time out once trying to connect to http.

No problem when connecting to the internal LAN IP address (e.g 192.168.10.25) or at the PC itself (192.168.10.25) no problem accessing the 203.x.x.x

When no http connection, the ping to the external registered IP address (203.x.x.x) in the internal LAN is very successful, only timeout when connected to http.

Any idea? guess must be the router problem?

Do you see anything blocked in the logs during the http attempts?
