I am having a strange problem where the SAFE@ is blocking access to www.msn.com for a customer. They already have an existing SAFE@ at another location and we duplicated the settings. They can access every other web site, but not msn.com, even after adding web filter rules to pass and disabling all smartdefense settings. The other location with the existing SAFE@ works without any problems.

We have even replaced the SAFE@ with another one and tried different firmwares, still not working.

Since www.msn.com is the most common home page, I figured someone may have an answer to this issue.

If Web Filtering is turned on, have them note the category that is blocking the site. Either unblock that whole category or do an override for the specific site.
