I just wanted to publicly thank Wendy for helping me with an RMA issue the other day. I lost my 500w due to a lightning storm, contacted support on Saturday, had a replacement device by Monday and with Wendy's help took it out of eval mode so I could upgrade the firmware and import all my old settings ( having a current export of my settings was a great time saver, i suggest everybody does an export right now and save it somewhere handy ).

The entire RMA process was quick and easy and well worth the cost of yearly support and licensing.
