I have seen some posts on this board about problems with using the safe@office 500 ADSL with static IP addresses on BT ADSL lines. These all date back to 2006 and I was wondering if the issues with the way BT implement these static addreses have been resolved yet. BT send a dynamic address that is not in the static range as a "carrier address" and we cannot seem to configure the static addresses on PPPoA.

Link to BT page on no nat static addresses
