Since it appears that the older Securemote client will not work with Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), I attempted to enable L2TP on my Safe@Office 500w running firmware 8.0.42x and connect from the builtin L2TP client. I end up with a timeout on the client.

Any ideas on how to make this work? Or any idea when the SecuRemote client will be available for Mac OS X 10.6?

Dear srwatters,

We have a few customers who are able to use the SecuRemote for MAC on the Snow Leopard (OSX 10.6).

For assistance with the software please contact CheckPoint TAC on www.checkpoint.com, as it is a CheckPoint product and not SofaWare's.

As for the L2TP issue, in our Knowledge base you should be able to find a guide to configure L2TP on MAC (not for OSX 10.6, but for an older version), did you try to configure according to it?

Regards,
Ido.
