The client connect will not work perfectly with the safe@office 500w .

this happens every 10 minutes

Is it only with one wireless client or more?

i try only with customer's one wireless client (HP touch screen )

It seems that the client is having issues with the authentication, try setting it to WPA or WEP instead of WPA2.
