I am trying to connect to a Netgear VPN (FVS318) through a Checkpoint Safe@Office 110. Firmware version is 5.0.94s. If I look at the logs I see that it connects, but is never fully connected.

Log Entry
Jun 20 10:31:10 AM UDP 192.168.xx.xx (computer1) 500 75.147.xxx.xxx 500 (IKE)

When I take the Checkpoint out of the equation, I am able to connect without issue.

Is there a pass-through that I am missing?

I have set up a rule allows source to be ANY, destination to be ANY:Any Service. I would think that would do it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Is the Netgear VPN client able to pass through NAT devices?

You might need a 1-to-1 NAT on your Safe@

IIRC the 110 series don;t support NAT-T

You need FW 6 o na 200 or higher series devices.

Don't go riding on that long black train.
