Hello,
Which MIB should we monitor to verify that Safe@Office is still "alive". I would like also to monitor number of nodes (due to licensing restrictions), which MIB to use. Txs for advise |

I am not sure to what are you referring by "monitor to verify that Safe@Office is still "alive"", why not use ICMP?

There is no specific SNMP MIB that tells you if the firewall is "alive".
You might want to try and monitor the traffic on one of the interfaces and then see if there is a big drop in traffic it probably means something is wrong. Regards, Ido. |
