Hello,
I currently have Road Runner internet for my office. I am changing it to Verizon Fios, but don't know why it doesn't work.
On the "Network"-->Internet, I changed the LAN by click on "Edit" and replace the RR IP address with the Fios IP address, but it does not work.

what else is missing?
can anyone help please? thanks. this is my first time set up.

Port: WAN
Connection Type: LAN
IP Address: The IP Verizon fios provided
Subnet mask: 255......0 (provided)
Default Getway: provided
Primary DNS: my server IP address
Secondary DNS: optional.

Please help me where else I need to change. thanks

Check your DNS servers.
They should be provided by Verizon
