Does Trendmicro Viruswall support POP3 scanning when integrated with SMP in CVP mode? Alaaddin Esafe works fine with POP3 but does TrendMicro work with POP3 as well?

It works by definition.
The supported CVP applications are:

TrendMicro Interscan
Aladdin eSafe
CA eTrust
SofaWare SCS (Based on ClamAV and Antispam with Apache spamasassin)
