I keep finding the following error in the SMP logs:

"Got an unknown log code 60053"

The error is generated by a Safe@ 500W NFR (PowerPack, Unlimited Users) running firmware version 7.x (initially 7.0.27, now 7.0.33). The SMP is running 6.0.43.

Any ideas?

Log 60053 means that the Configuration updated on the Safe@ appliance.

This "unknown log code" occurs when the firmware version on the Safe@ appliance is 7.0 while the SMP version is SMP6.

To resolve this issue you need to update the logger.ini file on the SMP.
