Hi all,
We have a SQL Server Merge Replication application. It uses 1433/tcp and 1434/udp ports. And we defined both rules in Security --> Rules section.
But we still can't access the server by using this ports. When we look at the logs; we see that it is blocked by Rule 15 as Policy Rule. It is described as :
" connection has been logged by an INSPECT firewall policy rule on your gateway. This may be the default security policy shipped with your appliance, or a customized policy downloaded from your service center."

How can we solve this problem?

It seems to me that this should be some simple misconfiguration of the rules.
Did you try contacting SofaWare support?
you can use the live-chat via the SofaWare web-site.
In any case, I am not sure that the SMP forum is the proper place for this question (Try the "Internet Security Appliance"
