Problems with Security LOG in SMP 5.0

Hey Guys,
we updated succesfully our SMP from version 4 to 5. Everthing is fine, besides the security log from the gateways. The logfile is succesfully generated in $SMP_HOME/Sofaware/instances/SMP_Instance/logs with content from the gateways but it's not displayed in the SMP itself -> Logs -> Security. Any ideas why it's missing? Thanks in advance! Nothing beats know how ! |

Unfortunately it's still the same problem, settings are ok and everthing looks fine but there are not any security logs shown I think it comes from the update... Nothing beats know how ! |

You should check one more thing - maybe the "Logging & Reporting" service is disabled in your plan.
Anyway if you still can't get it to work I suggest sending the problem description to support@sofaware.com and I believe it will be solved quickly. Good Luck, Eyal |

litlle late...but everthing is fine and well configured but does not work. Server is on Win2k and will be reinstalled one day, I hope things are going fine then
