This is our setup.

1. LAN users surf the Internet.
2. Safe@Office throws HTTP traffic to SMP for web filtering.
3. SMP communicates to SurfControl for URL categories either Allow or Block sites.

In our old version of SurfControl you can see the public IP of Safe@Office which is right for our setup.

The issue is.

The new version which is now on production can only see the LAN private IP deployed by Safe@Office.
