Something just doesn't seem right. The last time anyone from Sofaware replied to a post/suggestion was in May of 2008. Sofaware must be having problems. Firmware updates and bug fixes have dramatically slowed down. The problem with DHCP has gone unfixed for over 6 months. For those of us experiencing the problem, it makes the SBox useless. We can't have all external connections drop every time the DHCP lease expires. One would think that this sort of bug would be a priority since the SBox is basically being shelved due to the bug. If it goes unresolved long enough, there is only one alternative and that is to find an appliance that works correctly and a company that provides the support that its customers have paid for. Sofaware, it's time to step up to the plate and get your affairs in order. If you don't, you only have yourselves to blame.
