Hello,

I'm having a problem with connecting 2 new edge x devices to our smartcenter(R65).

The smartcenter(R65) is updated with the correct libsw package.
Edge has fireware: 7.5.55x
libsw installed: libsw7.5.55.tar
I see the firewall accept and pass the connection attempt from the new edge devices.
NAT rules have also been checked.

But then I get the following error message in my smartview tracker:
msg: Error-65014: Client login failed [ reason:'Access denied' client: mac:00:08:da:xx:xx:xx ip:x.x.x.x ]

Does anyone have a suggestion?
I looked thruw the forums here and at the checkpoint site but maybe I overlooked something?

Hi Maarten,

Whenever an Edge device is trying to connect to the management we get this "Access Denied" log once (notice that the "Client" field is empty). This happens just before you get the connection details page in the edge WebUI (edge name / password).

Do you get to the connection details page in the WebUI? if not, does your management machine have more than one NIC?
