I believe I have noticed a changed behavior in the latest versions of the Edge firmware (versions 7.5.51x and 7.5.55x). Before connecting a Edge to my management, I have always set the Firewall Security Level to "high", and even after connecting my Edge to the Management, outgoing Internet access has been impossible, unless I define rules to allow it. This has worked without fault from version 4 up until and including version 6.0.83x.
However, after upgrading to Version 7.5.51x, outgoing Internet access was suddenly the defualt, and even defining specific rules to prevent outgoing http access was not (always) successful. Some accesses were blocked, others not. After downgrading to version 6.0.83x, everythinmg went back to "normal" and outgoing Internet access is no longer possible, unless specifically "allowed" be creating new rules on my management.
