Hi,
I'am having problems connect our adsl edge device to our smartcenter. VPN-1 Edge X ADSL firmware = 6.5.22x libsw files : libsw built with version 6.5.45 natting OK: when I run sms -config . this error appears: Error-65014: Client login failed [ reason:"Access denied" client: mac:00:08:da:57:14:90 app:SMS ] anybody got a hint? cheers, -dvv- |

Hi,
What you have to do is add the Edge X ADSL type to the possible gateway types list (You can not define it as plain X series). Please contact the SofaWare support directly to get detailed instructions on how it should be done. HTH, /Shachar. |
