I have a new UTM-1 Edge device and I am to get it to connect to my newly upgrade management console which I upgraded from NG AI R55 to NGX R65 and while it connects it doesn't get a new policy loaded. The message in the logs states:
Failed to install updated security policy Wrong update version in policy (got 511 instead of 600) A second problem I encountered is that I was able to manage an IP45 on my NG R55 management console but under the R65 it says: Connection Refused: This IP45 is not registered to the Service Center Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

To resolve the first issue, you should update your libsw.
The second one is a bit more problematic, verify that the IP45 object still exists in the SmartDashboard, also you can run the SMS from the CLI and try to find some logs there that will point you towards the solution. |
